In terms of Section 12 of the Immigration Act, 2007 (Act No.3 of 2007) implemented on the 26th May 2014, it is deemed that all applications are to be presented in Person outlined under Regulation (9), Sub-Regulation (2)(a)(b).
The Embassy in Ankara, Turkey will no longer accept any applications sent via post or courier as of 01 August 2014.
