Extended Closure of the Consular Section
Please be informed that the Consular Section of The South African Embassy in Ankara has extended the closing period from 16 January 2024 to Wednesday, 31 January 2024.
The reason for this is the South African Embassy is locating to its permanent offices. The South African Embassy hopes to complete the installation of its equipment and facilities with effect from 5th of February 2024.
Therefore, the Visa applications will not be accepted during this period (16 Jan – 5 Feb. 2024). Please be informed that the applications from 5th February 2024 will be accepted in persons.
The Consular Section will resume normal duties on Monday, 05 February 2024 at the following address:
